  Life Skills
For Young Adults with Executive Functioning Challenges & Learning Differences

Build confidence. Strengthen skills. Thrive in life.

Learn how to navigate life with tools that fit your brain, your pace, and your goals.

The transition into college, greater independence, or the wider world brings both excitement and unease.
For differently-abled young adults, that shift can feel especially challenging as familiar supports fall away. Suddenly, they’re expected to manage time, plan ahead, navigate social dynamics, and advocate for themselves—often without a clear roadmap.

That’s where thoughtful, steady support makes all the difference.

How We Work Together

Happy Student

1:1 Coaching (Virtual or In-Person)

Private sessions focused on building skills, confidence, and self-awareness. Together, we’ll co-create a clear plan with realistic, meaningful goals—designed to support progress in school, work, interpersonal skills, and daily life. Every step is paced to the individual, with flexibility, encouragement, and accountability woven in.

Collaboration with Consent

With consent, I collaborate with parents, caregivers, or other key supporters to provide consistent, wrap-around care. This communication helps ensure that everyone is aligned and working toward shared goals—without compromising  independence, voice, or ownership of the process. When appropriate, this partnership creates a supportive ecosystem that empowers growth while honoring personal agency and privacy.

Strengths-Based, Neurodiversity-Affirming Approach

My approach focuses on brain-positive tools and strategies that honor your natural ways of thinking, learning, and being—because growth doesn’t require changing who you are, but understanding how you thrive. Every mind works uniquely and deserves support that’s affirming, practical, and personalized. Together, we focus on building skills in ways that feel relevant, accessible, and respectful of your lived experience.
