For Young Adults with Executive Functioning Challenges & Learning Differences

Build confidence. Strengthen skills. Thrive in life.

Learn how to navigate life with tools that fit your brain, your pace, and your goals.

For many young adults, the leap into college, the launch into life, or simply more independence can bring a mix of excitement and anxiety. This is especially true for young adults who are neurodiverse and experience executive functioning challenges, ADHD, ASD, anxiety, and/or learning differences.

Even the most capable can struggle when the support scaffolding falls away. Suddenly, they're expected--and really strive -- to manage time, plan, navigate social dynamics, and advocate for themselves—all without a roadmap.

Here's where I can help!

Roadmap to Launch and
Flourish

As an educational consultant and certified life coach, I work with young adults and their families to build the real-world skills that foster independence, confidence, and resilience

Having served in leadership roles at the university level, I also bring a unique understanding of college systems, student experiences, and what it takes to thrive in higher education and beyond.

Whether your adult child is about to enter college, take a gap year, seeking optimal employment, or needs a little extra guidance navigating life transitions, I offer individualized support that meets them right where they are.

You Don't Have to Navigate This Alone

I’m here to support you—whether you’re a young adult trying to figure it all out, or a parent watching your young adult struggle.

How We Work Together

Happy Student

1:1 Coaching (Virtual or In-Person)

Private sessions focused on building skills, confidence, and self-awareness. Together, we’ll co-create a clear plan with realistic, meaningful goals—designed to support progress in school, work, interpersonal skills, and daily life. Every step is paced to the individual, with flexibility, encouragement, and accountability woven in.

Collaboration with Consent

With consent, I collaborate with parents, caregivers, or other key supporters to provide consistent, wrap-around care. This communication helps ensure that everyone is aligned and working toward shared goals—without compromising  independence, voice, or ownership of the process. When appropriate, this partnership creates a supportive ecosystem that empowers growth while honoring personal agency and privacy.

Strengths-Based, Neurodiversity-Affirming Approach

My approach focuses on brain-positive tools and strategies that honor your natural ways of thinking, learning, and being—because growth doesn’t require changing who you are, but understanding how you thrive. Together, we focus on building skills in ways that feel relevant, accessible, and respectful of your lived experience.
